Chocolate is my favorite thing. I love chocolate on its own, chocolate baked into things, chocolate flavored things, chocolate covered things...etc. So when I was thinking about a new cookie recipe that involved as much sweets as I could think of, while still including chocolate, these cookies came to my mind! This recipe is much different than most of my cookie recipes, because the batter itself is not as sugary as usual. It is a rather buttery and plain dough, but the final product ends up beyond sweet, because of all the different sweet chip flavors melted in. Another thing that makes these cookies great, is that they're bite sized!

Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
-1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-3/4 cup granulated sugar
-1/2 cup light brown sugar, not packed
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 cup melted, unsalted butter (16 tablespoons)
-3 large eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 cup white chocolate chips
-1/2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
-1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Directions: Yield 3-4 dozen cookies
Part 1:

-Using a wooden spoon, mix together flour, baking soda, salt, and sugars
-Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, add in all three eggs. Mix together until a sand textured and colored mixture is formed
-Add in melted butter and vanilla, making sure all ingredients are well combined
-Take off mixer and add the three different kinds of chips to the batter with a wooden spoon
-Cover dough and place in fridge for 2 hours or in freezer overnight
Part 2:

-If dough was frozen, let thaw in fridge for 1-3 hours before baking. If dough was in fridge, let sit out for 5 minutes before baking
-Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
- Line baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper
-Scoop out dough in teaspoon sized scoops. Roll into balls and place on tray, 1/2- 3/4 inch away from each other
-Bake in oven 5-8 minutes, until beginning to turn golden on edges
-Let cool on cooling rack 5 minutes
-Enjoy!
